Changes to the Forum.

You have probably all noticed the visual changes to the forum and heard about the new server, but I would like to put forward a few changes to the way the forum is run, if people would agree to that.

The current forum moderator (me) should keep the powers I have, but it would be nice if I could sticky posts, as I like having power. Also, I don't have permission to access the statistics page.
There should be three, maybe more, maybe less, Operators (or whatever name seems more appropriate) that can edit posts to remove bad language or correct mistakes. They would also be able to report threads/posts to have them removed.

If there is any way to implement a reward system or something similar that would be cool too.
