New rules for ranking

I have decided to set up some new rules for ranking people. Most changes are just involving the forums.

• Builder: Build something, come for two days
  
• OpBuilder: Build something, come for two days, be trustworthy and polite
  
• AdvBuilder: Build something impressive (E.G. a hotel), come for five days, sign up on the forums
  
• UberBuilder: Build something EPIC (E.G. an enormous, detailed building), come for five days, sign up on the forums
  
• Operator: Be polite, be an AdvBuilder, come for 10 days, be accepted in the applications forum, show a knowledge of different commands and rules, be helpful
  
• SuperOp: Be a generally AWESOME operator, be accepted by a subadmin in the applications forum
  
• Subadmin: Don't try. If you're worthy of subadmin, we'll notice it.
