Apprenticing Empty Apprenticing

As there are many new Ops that are trying out, i suggest we dont appoint any more ops for a little bit. But when there are trial ops, i have an idea.

A Sucessful op or Superop shall be choosen by Woowoo or Josh to mentor the fresh meat.
This way, the trial op can learn much more.

i also agree the server could be a whole lot better if the ops knew how to fix stuff like a flood or could be on greifer patrol and knew how to fix the greif and make that greifer wish he was never born
